We offer a complete Turnkey System utilizing our standard COTS FTS Products for IRIG and/or Secure configurations that are used in support of Flight Termination and Enhanced Flight Termination programs at Test Ranges around the World. Our products incorporate the latest engineering designs using LDMOS, DDS, DSP, and FPGA technologies that provide for the highest performance and reliability on the markey today.

Microprocessor controls and monitors:

• RF output power adjust

• Over-temperature/thermostat shutdown

• Forward/Reflected RF Power Levels

• Final Amplifier module current detection and sensing

• Overall HPA voltage and current

Additionally, if one of the final amplifier modules has a failure that reduces its power level, that module is automatically shut-down, and the other final amplifier modules output levels, are increased by the Microprocessor. This results in the RF output power decreasing by a maximum of only 1.5 dB while the remaining high-power modules operate well below their maximum rated power levels.

RF Exciter / Tone Encoders - One unit for all three currently used encoding protocols; Secure, IRIG, and EFTS applications

We have recently completely revamped our Exciter/Encoder line. Our Exciter/Encoder outputs an RF carrier and up to six IRIG tones or two Secure tones. We have added a two new units to our product line. One has built in circuitry and software to monitor several critical parameters including tone rise and fall times, tone amplitude, RF Carrier frequency and more.   In addition, the module will generate an unsolicited response whenever an out-of- tolerance condition is encountered.

Our latest EFTS Exciter/Encoder sends complete messages.  It also includes monitoring and alarm circuitry. 

Verification Receiver

Our newest receiver has been designed to meet the latest demands of EFTS. It is one of the most versatile units on the market.  It will not only decode IRIG tones, but also complete secure messages.
