To facilitate redundant systems we offer a controller drawer (CT1005) that communicates with two amplifier systems. This simplifies your operation by allowing you to communicate with just one piece of equipment.

The unit also continuously monitors the health of the two amplifier systems. Should the primary amplifier exhibit a fault, the CT1005 will automatically bring the other amplifier online.

The controller has five operating modes:

• Local

• Auto Switch

• Redundant Low

• Redundant High

• Redundant Full

The different modes allow you to specify the offline power generated by the amplifier.

There is also a test mode that moves control of the amplifier back to local mode. While in this mode adjustments, module changes or even drawer replacements can be made to the amplifier system. When complete, the amplifier can be reconnected to the CT1005. Once communication has been reestablished, the CT1005 will automatically set it to the selected operating mode and output levels.
